In the classic assignment view, a website URL submission type would display tools that have a Homework Submission placement:

Is this the intended behavior? We reported this to Support and were told Assignment Enhancements is still in development and doesn’t yet have all functionality that is in the current tool. We were told to post here for more information.
This is inconvenient for instructors who have set up assignments years ago, copy them from semester to semester, and would have no reason to suspect the submission type would be impacted when Assignment Enhancements is enabled.
