two quizzes one after the other temporally

I have a math intensive course that requires students to solve problems numerically.  I need to give quizzes outside of class time.  My thought is to give the timed quiz with browser lockdown and then immediately go to another timed quiz (say 5-10 minutes) without lockdown browser so they can download a picture or a pdf of their work to canvas.  Can this be done?  Is there another better way achieve the goal of a more secure exam (students are great at getting around everything I've tried)  and an opportunity to submit their hand written work?
