Why aren't my push notifications working anymore?

Recently, my push notifications on my android phone stopped working and they previously worked. When they worked my phone was always on battery power save mode and all notifications popped up; so i know that is not the issue. Since they've stopped working I have turned off battery power save mode, logged off then back on, and even uninstalled/reinstalled the app with still no luck! Please help!!

I am specifically wanting push notifications back. They have previously worked but recently stopped randomly.

Hi  @vdaye  Thank You for the question.

Are you able to check the settings on your phone to see if they have changed? 

Then check your notifications in Canvas to see if your phone is still set up. I'm not sure why it would have suddenly changed but it's worth checking.

It should have been. I receive my notifications, and I have a Pixel phone. If you're not receiving them, I would submit a help ticket. (How do I get help on my Android device?‌)
