Who should i contact if my canvas never loads or updates?

My teachers have been uploading a lot of new things but my canvas hasn't been loading this year and i cannot access anything from it. Everyone else in my classes are getting the information just fine but my account isn't letting me access anything even though I'm enrolled in all the classes. Is there someone i can contact or get ahold of for technical support regarding this website?

I understand how this must feel for you. I'm not too sure but perhaps it is the browser you are using. This has happened to a few people lately.
Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support?
Note that *Internet Explorer 11 is not a supported browser.*
Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student? , but your school’s support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
