Student-created multiple-choice questions

I am an instructional designer assisting an instructor who wants students to create and submit multiple-choice questions from the material. She reviews the questions and grades them. She also wants all the question submissions to be available to the whole class for practice. We used StudyMate in the past because it allowed us to create class projects and had a grading capability that synced with the Canvas gradebook. However, the new StudyMate does not allow grading.

One of my favourite tools is Collaborations. I'm wondering if they would work in this instance?

Probably not what they had in mind, but a possibility.
