Spontaneous Unpublish?

Every now and then, one our our Canvas sites that was published becomes unpublished.  I always assume it was the result of an accidental click by someone with Teacher or Designer privileges in the site, but often people swear up and down that they could not have done it by accident, so I thought I'd ask, have others encountered the same thing?

People swear way too much these days. I grew up as a commercial fisherman, and likely swear as much as the next guy, but...................

I swear I have never seen Canvas spontaneously unpublish! Not in 7+years.

I would suspect that the user might have been inadvertently working off-line. or from a mobile device that lost WiFi for a second or some such thing; but not spontaneous unpublishing.

Now as for "spontaneous combustion", I am unable to swear this doesn't happen.
