How can I share my course structure with a colleague - same department?

There are several ways you can share your course contents:

1. Using "Direct Share" if you want to share a particular item (Assessment, page, quiz) or a module with a particular person. This option will need to be enabled by your school's admin

2. Export the whole course as a zip file. As of now, there is no permission setting for admin to adjust so the ability to export the whole course will be always available

3. Using "Canvas Commons", you can share an item or a whole course with the entire account/sub-account that you belong to. The benefit of Commons is that you can update your resources and the receiver can choose to import them, Commons will provide a changelog. However, this function is only available if your school enable it:
