Report A Problem Options

Is there an option to control the "Report A Problem" in Canvas link on the Help menu?

I would like to use an external web form to collect our user needs (that feeds our own support team).  I am guessing this may be in place for larger institutions.  Any advice would be helpful.  Thank you

I believe if you contact your CSM, they can help route those messages to whatever ticketing system you choose to use.
