Prevent dropping of paid courses.

Is there a way to prevent catalog users from dropping a paid course?  Right now, if someone drops, we don't have any way to really know that in order to start a refund process.

Good question, but I believe the answer is no, unless they were manually added and then I don't think they can drop. We need a request a feature list here!

Unfortunately, no.  This might need to be a feature request.
