Is it possible to sign up for another course since the other two were completed ?

Are the students limited to only 2 courses for credit recovery?  My son completed Biology and English II.  He failed Personal Finance as well.  I was wondering if he can complete that course as well during the remaining week of summer in order to be caught up at school.
