I'm a TA for a course (my persmissions for the course are set to Teacher) and one of my students told me he couldn't see my email on my Canvas profile. My university email is on my profile according to my settings, but when I look at my profile, it says "No registered services". When I look in student view, no contact information for me is visible. Can someone help me out?

Do you see your name listed under the "people" tab in your course? Double check your credentials there and if all else fails contact your Canvas Administrator and/or IT team.
How do I use the People page in a course as an instructor?

I do show up under the "people" tab in my course, and that's how the student said he searched for my contact info. Unfortunately, my contact info does not show up. My email is on the syllabus and they can contact me through Canvas, so I'll just let them know those are the best ways to look for my contact info.
email addressing show up under people at my institution. Also all instructors names come up when sending a Canvas Inbox message, because of this, I recommend contacting your Canvas Admin.
