Instructor email not showing up for students?

I'm a TA for a course (my persmissions for the course are set to Teacher) and one of my students told me he couldn't see my email on my Canvas profile. My university email is on my profile according to my settings, but when I look at my profile, it says "No registered services". When I look in student view, no contact information for me is visible. Can someone help me out?

I'm wondering if it would be safer if this guide was shared with your students to message you 

It will appear as an email.
