If you are using the paid version of Canvas, you will need to contact the Canvas Administrator for your institution. They will need to change the end dates on the grading period in order to re-open it.

Are end dates the same as Due dates? I've never had this problem and used to be able to change the due date, but now I can't even do that. If it's something that I'm doing, I'd like to know so that I can set the due date out for a few weeks to avoid this issue in the future.
