How to extend the time for someone's accommodations?

Hello, I am a TA for a course at my university with instructor privilages. I was wondering how I can go about providing extended the time on an exam for a single student due to accomodations, without changing the time frame the rest of the students have. I appreciate any information someone is willing to provide. Thank you in advance.

Under "Moderate This Quiz", you can select the student and extend the time limit.
