Hi  @carlanbarrybaug and welcome to the Community!  This is a question that you will need to ask someone at your institution who works in your program.  The Canvas Community is made of fellow Canvas users from other institutions around the world.  While great at answering many questions, something specific to one institution or one program normally needs to be answered by someone who works with that program.
