How can I retake my quiz with one attempt if my instructor allow me ?

I took my quiz in lockdown browser which was only one attempt but during the quiz, something went wrong I was unable to continue it until the end I only used my 20 min of 45 min quiz. However, I lost my first attempt but my instructor sent another attempt only for me to take it again. Now I am unable to take it again because there is no button/option of taking the quiz or second attempt for me? please help me.

Did you access it the second time through Respondus? When a quiz is set to require the Lockdown Browser, that browser must be used for all attempts.

If you did try accessing through RLDB, then I would suggest talking with your instructor again.

You will need to reach out to your instructor directly in order to get this issue resolved.  We here in the Canvas Community would not be able to access your course or grant you extra attempts on the quiz you are taking.  You can use the link for "Ask Your Instructor a Question" by following the directions in this Guide:

It looks like that quiz closed on September 13th. Did you try to take it after the 13th? If your instructor wants you to have another try at the quiz after the "available until" date, they will need to change the quiz "assign to" settings to give you a custom "available until" date as well as give you another attempt on the quiz (those are two different settings, done through different pages in the instructor's workflow - giving another attempt changes how many times you can take a quiz, but does not give you an extension past when the quiz is otherwise available).
