Horizontal Rules, ok?

Sorry, I know I'm going to go a bit internet circa 1998 on you all here, but how about a button on the formatting toolbar to shove a quick horizontal rule in across the page, without having to go into the source code and hand-craft it in? Not much inconvenience, I know, but then probably not that much inconvenience to make a button to do this either, and if users don't want it, they can just ignore it. Seems a ready way to break up content visually on Pages.

Click on the diagonal arrow thingy and you get a full page view...

Click View > Full-Screen to go back:
