Embed from Kanopy

What is the best way to embed a video from Kanopy? I created a page for the video and used html to include the embed code. It seems to show up, but will not play. Thanks.

You can use Kanopy's embed code generated by the system. 

Open that video in Kanopy and paste the iframe into your page.

Thanks. I did all of that and the movie appears, but will not play. Here's what it looks like:

Check the system requirements met : https://help.kanopy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004590467-Supported-desktop-browsers-and-systems

If so, clear your browser cache, and if that doesn't solve the problem, restart your device. Kanopy does not work with mobile devices' browser though, it has to be in apps.

Last check if this particular video need a paid subscription. I know they renew the license every year, check with your library or IT see if it has expired.
