Different scores for team members in a team-based grade

We have a team-graded assignments for the students.  However, I would like to give the students in a team different grades for just a few of the assignments.  Is there any way to do that?  All grades have been assigned (and all assignments for that project have been turned in) and we have 48 teams.  The vast majority of these team assignments are still team based.

When you set up an assignment, you can choose to assign the assignment to a group, and then choose to apply individual grades to the group members. This guide will get you there How do I assign an assignment to a course group?
