Hello,

Is there a way for an Admin to pull up a list of users that use Conferences in their courses in Canvas?

Hi Dipti, 

You can use Canvas Data portal, ask for your admin if you don't have access to it, and download the dim's and fact's from the Conference and Conference_participant:

With that, it will be possible to know how many users and what user joined a live conference (only real-time ones, not the recorded information).

Hi Dipti,

These files are not in  Csv format. They are created to be imported into a more complex enviroment (Data Warehouse, having facts and dims). The best approach is to use a Data CLI to handle the download of all files and the merge of all files into one. After that, you will need SQL knowledge to pull the information you need from this tables.

You can check about Data CLI here: How to Use the Canvas Data CLI Tool. You can use the Fetch command to just extract the conference's list above and work with them first. 

It's a complex work, but after you can download and manage all the data it provides, its mind-blowing. Ask your IT team, if ur no't one of them, to check this tool.
