Canvas is not allowing me to get connected to the class. How can i fix this problem? It just keeps saying empty card.

Hi @jessicawright16 and welcome to the Community. There are a couple of things you might check. A couple of days ago a few users reported page errors (see Instructure Status). You might try logging in again to see if the issue has been resolved. Others have also reported issues with browsers they are using, particularly Internet Explorer. I would check to see if my browser is updated and supported (see Which browsers does Canvas support? ) and try accessing my class in Chrome and Firefox. If none of this works then I suggest you contact Canvas Support (How do I get help with Canvas as a student?) and see if they have any insight.
