Canvas and Firefox Logout Issue with SAML

Hello,

I am wondering if other schools are finding an issue with Firefox upon logout of Canvas with SAML authentication? 

Issue:

Login to Canvas via SAML

Logout of Canvas via SAML

Click on the Firefox back button twice

User is logged back into Canvas

or

Login to Canvas via SAML

Logout of Canvas via SAML

Right-click on the Firefox back button and select login page

User is logged back into Canvas

If the user clicks on at least one page in Canvas and then logs out, the issue does not present itself. 

We don't like Canvas supports answer of clear cache and cookies each and every time when using Firefox (we did escalate to our CSM), but I am looking to see if other schools are experiencing or can maybe test this out quick? We are using SecureAuth as the appliance.

Shane, we also use SAML but I was not able to replicate either issue in Firefox, both scenarios lead to an expired page.

Thanks, Kris. Are you willing to share the logout URL that you are using? I am not certain that ours is right.
