Canvas + Skyward Integration

Our school currently uses Skyward as our SIS and would like to have a "hand-shake" between the two systems. I have heard rumors that there are a few schools that have figured this connection out. Does anyone know how to connect the two so that they can send items like assignments, calendars, and announcements?

Hi Nick,

I can confirm that Skyward is building a two way integration to their SIS and that we plan to leverage that API in connecting Canvas and Skyward.  Look for more information in Q3 of 2015 or there about.

Just to close the loop for anyone reading this; the Skyward integration did happen.  You will find it documented here in the guides.  If you have questions about implementing a Canvas/Skyward integration please contact your customer success manager.

Thanks Robbie - Yes we have the SIF up and running. Things have not been perfect but Support has been helpful. Thanks for checking in.
