Can I un-sync my inbox and email account?

I am getting messages in my Canvas inbox and outlook mail.  Is there a way to not get the messages in my outlook mailbox.  I am having to go through and delete each outlook email even after reading the message in my Canvas inbox. Very overwhelming!

Hello  @emelley  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  If you want to completely eliminate any Canvas Inbox notifications you get that also go to your e-mail account, you can do that by configuring the options available to you on your "Notifications" page.  Just click the "X" in your e-mail column for any of the three options in under the "Conversations" row.  Follow either of these Guides for more information...depending on your role:
