- My canvas is not working. None of my files or classes will show up, I cannot turn in any assigments due to this. Please help/

Welcome to the Canvas Community!!!
You have posted your question in the Canvas Community public forum. This forum is designed to answer questions regarding how to use the Canvas Learning Management System. As such, we do not have access to your courses or course content.
Here are a couple of things to try:
1. Once logged into Canvas, Click on Courses > All Courses and see if you have courses listed on this page that say Unpublished.
2. Here are some troubleshooting steps:
- Check your device compatibility: What are the basic computer specifications for Canvas?
- Check your browser compatibility: Which browsers does Canvas support?
- Try a different browser. The latest version of Chrome works great in both Windows and MacOS.
- If none of these methods solve the problem, contact Canvas Support. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?, but your school's support setup might vary somewhat, in which case ask your local IT Department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
