can not add comments or view more than 1 page of a submission

I'm sorry to hear this. I have a few troubleshooting questions to get you started. Is your device and app up-to-date? What type of file are you adding comments to? How did the student submit the file (annotations vs. file upload).

Thanks for reply back.  I will check on app up to date.  It is a file upload where I can only view first page of document and won't allow for comments to be written in.  My colleague app works fine just wanted to see if there was some setting I didn't check off to allow for this
