[ARCHIVED] submission failure

I have been trying to submit a pdf for an assignment and have tried using different browsers including the incognito mode on safari and all im left with is the 'submitting' button, but it never goes to completion. I know it's not my internet because everything else is working perfectly. what do i do???

Hi  @lmagnon1   Sorry to hear about the issue you are facing!  Your best bet would be to contact Canvas Support with one of the options found here, https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10554-how-do-i-get-help-with-canvas-as-a-student Support can look at your specific course, assignment, and file to see what may be happening while those of us in the Community may not.  I would also contact your instructor just to let them know what you are facing and that you are contact Support.  I know I appreciate hearing this from students when I teach a class.
