[ARCHIVED] "Delete this course" is missing for teachers

The teachers no longer have the button in Settings to delete a course.  When I check the teacher role settings this is what I see and you cannot change it.  The icon is half green and cannot be changed. See pic.  Any ideas?

@RandallSmith1  When you expand the Manage Courses dropdown by clicking on the down arrow at the far left, you'll be able to view the granular options within that permission and can customize accordingly.
