[ARCHIVED] problem log in Waypoint

Unable to open Waypoint to submit assignment. message saying incorrect username and/or password. I have tried all combinations but not allowing me to Log in.

Hello  @selonikhetarpal  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thanks for posting your question.  Unfortunately, the vast majority of people here in the Community website will not be able to assist you with your login/password question.  Your best option would be to contact your school's local Help Desk / IT department.  Also, there may be options to reset or change your password if you've forgotten it.  Here are a couple Guides, but keep in mind that the login screens may look different at your school compared to what is displayed here:

Can you please try clearing cache of browser and open and also try in different browser
