That would mainly depend on which plagiarism tool you wanted to use in conjunction with Canvas...and most have a cost associated with them. Two plagiarism checkers that come to mind (which both integrate with Canvas) are Turnitin and PlagScan. You might want to first check with your school's local Canvas administrator or someone in your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see if they have a plagiarism integration already available or if they would be able to investigate this more for you and your colleagues.
