The options icon is not displaying on the far right of the module bars - how do I get it back?

Welcome to the Canvas Community!!!

The first thing to try would be a different browser.  I would recommend Chrome or Firefox.  If you still have issues, check the course dates, if they have expired, the course may be in a "read-only" state.
