[ARCHIVED] not receiving verification email

I am unable to change notification preferences or other settings until my email account is verified. However, I am not receiving the verification email from Canvas, even though it says it was sent. The email address they have is correct, and I have checked my junk folder. I am not having a problem receiving any other emails, so don't think it's a problem with my email account. Does anyone know if there is an issue with these emails being sent?

Hi @bendallin23 this sounds very frustrating.

Have you reached out to your institution's registration office? This would be the best first step.

If you have no luck there then try Canvas Support

I hope this is resolved soon for you.
