[ARCHIVED] not able to upload the assignments

I have not been able to upload the assignments on Canvas. I get this error message every time I try to submit the assignment. I have to submit the assignment either as a PDF for one subject and by scanning using Adobe Scan & saving it as a file for other subjects.

Thank you for sharing the screen shots.  In your original message, you said that you have to upload a PDF file as part of your assignment submission.  But, in one of the screen shots you shared, it looks like your instructor is only accepting either a *.doc or a *.docx file (both Word documents...not PDFs).  Could this be part of the issue?
