I had a login problem in 8.May 4:30~6:00. I could not log in to the Canvas so I requested a new password but I could not get any email in 30 mins even though there was a notice that it was going to take about 30 minutes.
I was in my exam time at the time, and I was unable to take the exam because of the login problem, but can you prove that there was a problem with my account? I have to submit it to school. It's a difficult request, but I hope you can help me.

@shinjungnnin , the instructor or facilitator for the course will need to decide how to address this. I suggest asking the teacher, starting by forwarding the email correspondence around the password reset request to the instructor; if they require additional documentation, use the support pathway provided by your school to request this information from Canvas Support or your local Canvas admins.
