Hi, please I need an urgent help here. I finished typing my assignment, I highlighted it to copy it, but unfortunately it all disappeared.

How I please recover this?

Was your text inputted into the text entry box for your assignment?  How do I submit a text entry assignment?   Since I cannot see your school’s Canvas environment or your course in question, this is just an assumption on my part.  While some instructors do prefer that students use the text entry for assignment submissions, it is often better for students to be able to compose their assignments offline in something like a Word document, safe that file, and then attach it to the assignment submission in Canvas.  All this is to say that your text may be lost, unfortunately.  You might want to reach out to Canvas Support to see if there is anything they can suggest.  How do I get help with Canvas as a student?

If you're still in the process of editing something, try Control + Z. That will undo the last thing you did.
