I'm not sure if there is any allowable HTML code that you could include on your content page within your course that would hide text. But, that might not be the best option anyway. I might suggest an alternate option of creating a separate page in your course that is never published. It would be available only for other instructors, and it would be a place where additional instructor-only notes could be stored for the course that students would never see. Of course you could create multiple non-published pages...if you wanted to separate out these instructor notes per Unit/Chapter/Lesson in the course...to make things a bit more organized. I do realize this would create more pages in your course, and you might have to have multiple tabs open in your browser (one for the actual content page and one for the instructor notes), but it seems like this would be a workable solution that would keep things organized in some way.
