The members participating here aren't able to look at individuals' courses or track their clicks. As we don't know where in Canvas you were working when this occurred, what kind of task you were working on, whether you're a student, an instructor, or an admin, and a host of other variables, please address your question to Canvas Support, where agents can look at your page views and inspect the environment to determined what occurred. Instructions for contacting Canvas Support are provided in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?‌, and the instructions are similar for instructors, but your school may have customized the support options it has made available on the Help menu, in which case please follow the support path set forth by your school or institution.
