If there is a student that can not login into classes and we've tried everything and contacting the teachers multiple times but no answer. I'm trying to talk to someone higher up because this has gone on for too long and she is missing a lot of work.

Hi @Be_positive1 - Make sure that you are logging into the correct Canvas URL. Each school has a unique URL, and login information from one will not work for another. Where do I find my institution's URL to access Canvas? 

From the log-in page, there's also (usually) a place to request a password reset. Otherwise, I recommend calling the tech department for the school or district to ask for more assistance.
