Hi @24lloftus and welcome to the Canvas Community!
Every school releases courses per their own schedules and policies. As noted in the "Welcome..........." message in your screenshot, your courses are not yet available at your school. This is a global community of Canvas users like yourself, so we are not able to troubleshoot your courses or account. Your best bet is to contact the registrar at your school, or your school's Canvas Admin/Support department. I found this link for Online Support at the Davis School District, and that might be helpful.
