[ARCHIVED] Why won't the grade I type in post in Canvas?

My Canvas grade book will not upgrade for one assignment for one student.  I have tried posting the grade manually and using Speed Grader.  The figure disappears when I go to the next student, and the space that is giving me trouble is highlighted in green.

Sorry that nobody has yet responded to your question. If you are still experiencing this issue, can you share a screenshot of what the Gradebook cell looks like to help us out?
