I have ensure I logged out and logged back into the Office365 on Canvas.

This same thing stumped me last week, then I realised that I needed to update my browser. All was fine then.
This is how to update Chrome https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en Is that the browser you are using?
