[ARCHIVED] Why didn't the Code come through for completion of K-12 Training course?

I just completed the K-12 Training Modules.  I have pictures to prove I took it.  Badgr was supposed to send a code in 10 minutes and it has been over 30.  I completed the survey and did everything correctly. I have emailed one of our manager at the district.  What has happened here?

Hi  @dcochran1  and welcome to the Canvas community!  I am sorry for the difficulty you are having.  It sounds like since this is a situation is specific to your Canvas instance, that it would be a good idea for you to contact your Canvas admin/school's IT Department and let them know what is happening.  Please reply if you have any additional questions.
