Why am I not getting Canvas email notifications anymore (I did last semester)?
- I checked my Google email - nothing was in spam.
- I checked my Canvas notifications preferences - everything was checked to "Notify me right away"
- I checked my email in Canvas Settings - it has a back star.
Please advise - thanks!

@hwd , greetings! I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem. The best way to figure out what's going on with this, is to contact Canvas Support and have them dig into it. To do this, click on the Help link in Canvas and "Report a Problem."
