Does anyone have recommendations on SIS with Canvas?

If you don't already have a SIS, I would look at what you need it to accomplish rather than just the integration with Canvas. I often look at comparisons of software from the G2 when I need to find new software. Their reviews are not specific to Canvas, however.

One thing I really like is their grid view. Software in the top right (leaders and high performers) are more likely to have support for all things -- including Canvas -- than software at the bottom left (contenders and niche).

Depending on your needs, you may also want to take a look at Canvas Catalog. We don't use it so I cannot speak to what it does, but according to the What is Canvas Catalog? document:
