Thanks for posting your message. Unfortunately, this will be a bit difficult for folks here the Canvas Community to diagnose because we only have access to our own school's Canvas environment. Community members do not typically have access to other Canvas environments at other schools. What kind of video is in your course? Something from YouTube? Vimeo? Something from Canvas Studio? Something that you recorded via the Canvas RCE (Rich Content Editor) tools? Ultimately, you may need to reach out directly to Canvas Support to see if they would be able to do some digging for you and see what the issue might be.
