[ARCHIVED] Trouble with Files folder

I created a folder in Files, Papers Outlines. I've heard from one student there was no Upload button and one who said he submitted it to the folder but I do not see it. 

This is my first semester with Canvas so not much experience to draw on and not sure what isn't working. Student assignments are due tonight. Of course.

F‌iles are not intended for student upload and cannot be used for assignment submission.
