[ARCHIVED] Trouble Finding New Course and Unlinking old credentials

So I spoke with my instructor, who uploaded a new course to canvas for this quarter, and I am the only student in the class who doesn't have the course come up in their canvas. I checked "courses", "browse", "all courses", even "edit", and there is no way I can find this course, which should be automatically coming up on my screen. The ONLY other thing that I think could be preventing it from coming up is because when I log in it says "Logged into CPTC instructure using credentials from Pierce College". I'm a current student at CPTC, and I can't figure out how to completely get rid of all my Pierce College Credentials from canvas. Does anyone know how to unlink my old credentials? thank you.

I am the eLearning Director at Clover Park, and you do not know how lucky that makes you - nobody else in this global community of Canvas users would have been able to help you. Literally, nobody out of about 700,000 members! Our members only have access to their own accounts and courses.

Next time, choose "Report a Problem" in the Canvas Help menu. This will get your problem straight to the Clover Park eLearning Department.
