[ARCHIVED] The "Home" tab on one of my classes isn't opening up on the Canvas app.

I have an IPhone 11 pro and it will not allow me to open up the "Home front page"  tab that is on my Physical Science class so I am not able to get the link where I turn in my homework from my phone. 

Please help.

About two weeks ago we started to become aware of this issue with the Canvas Student app, which started after a recent App update.  Teachers and students discovered that Home Pages were not loading on the Canvas Student App.

In consulting with Canvas, the issue was caused by a caching of data from a previous update, which did not clear when updating to the newest version of the app.  One option, which takes many steps, was to clear the cache on the App -- but that requires several steps, and some users reported that the problem returned after a short time.

The other option is to delete and re-add the app.
