Dear Sir or Madam,
We are trying to watch Pema Chodron's Making Friends with Yourself on my friend's computer, a Mac which is about 10 years old. We have watched Shambala course on this machine in the past, such as Sacred Journey with Pema.
Now, however, we cannot get the video classes with Pema to load or to display at all. All we get when we click on the link for the class video is a blank white page with the navigation sidebar and heading. No sign of video even loading; no "beachballs" or circles to indicate page is loading.
Can you please suggest a remedy? We don't understand why it was working before and no longer works. Thank you!
Sincerely yours,
CAtherine Landis and Miyo Hirano

Hi @catherinelandis and welcome to the Canvas community. This could be because of the version of the web browser you're using on your friend's computer. You say the Mac is 10 years old so it might have an old version of the web browser. Canvas works with most common web browsers but only the two most recent versions of each browser are fully supported. If you use an older version there can be display problems, such as a blank screen as you've described. If there is a different web browser on the computer then try logging in to Canvas with that, or update the browser you're using to the latest version.
This page has details of the web browsers that are currently recommended for Canvas: Which browsers does Canvas support?
If you still have problems viewing the content then it's worth reaching out to the local technical support team at your school/college.
