[ARCHIVED] Syncing to SIS error: provided text does not match context error.

I am getting this error almost every time. Does anyone have a clue what it means and what I need to do. 

I press refresh when I am in Grade Sync and get the error: provided text does not match context error.  Is it still syncing? Do I need to restart it? Help! Syncing to Wazzle/Pinnacle

Hi @Bonne-Maman3!

This is definitely something that I would consider reaching out to support for. If your school's grade pass back is Canvas managed they would be happy to take a look at your integration and pinpoint the cause of that error. It also might be inconsequential, if you notice that your grades aren't going in to your Pinnacle grade book definitely reach out to Support.
